Before you buy:

 

Do I need a down payment?

Yes.  The amount of your down payment depends on the car that you buy.  We also offer a deferred down payment option.  Contact us at 513-699-4900 for details.

 

Can I buy a service plan on my car?

A 12 month/12,000 mile service plan is included in your payment. 

 

What are the other requirements of the program?

You must have the following:

-         Current pay stubs and proof of any additional income (dated within the last 30 days)

-         Proof of residency (copy of utility bill or copy of lease)

-         Full coverage insurance

-         Driver’s license

-         Six references (name, address with zip codes, and phone numbers)

-         Trade title (if applicable)

 

After you buy:

 

How do I make a payment?

Payments can be make in person at our Western Hills location.  CASH ONLY.   You can also make credit card payments over the phone by calling 513-721-3764, prompt 1. 

 

What if I experience mechanical issues with my car?

Call Bill Grace at 513-699-4900.  If he is unavailable, please leave a message.  He will return your call promptly.

 

Please do not bring your vehicle to us without an appointment.  If you bring your vehicle to Jake Sweeney Mazda West without prior authorization,  you will be charged a diagnostic fee.

Where do I service my vehicle?

Routine maintenance work (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) can be performed at Jake Sweeney Mazda West.  To schedule an appointment, call (513)699-4900.
